It was reported that the hotline “112” of the institution received information about the homelessness of a citizen at number 35 of the Khatai district of the city of Nakhchivan, Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
The rescuers of the Special Risk Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic immediately rushed to the area in response to the information.
Assessing the operating conditions at the scene, it was determined that Asaf Abdullah Hagverdiyev, born in 1968, fell from a tree and received injuries of varying degrees and was left helpless between the wall and the fence of the house.
Rescuers evacuated the victim A. Hagverdiyev from the scene using special vehicles and handed him over to the emergency medical team.
