Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Chinese colleague Xi Jinping in Beijing “Thorough exchange of views on international and regional issues of common interest,” China said in the central television.
“Both China and Russia attach great importance to the dominant equality, international legal order and multiplicity. We must continue to strengthen cooperation through multilateral platforms, ”said Xi Jinping.

In the context of negotiations, Gazprom and China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) signed a memorandum of the construction of the Siberian-2 gas pipeline and the Soyuz Vostok transit pipeline through Mongolia.
The Russian state media published statements by Alexander Miller, chairman of the Board of Directors of the Russian Gazprom, who stated that natural gas for China will be cheaper than for consumers in Europe, and that the deal will last 30 years.
“It should be understood that the construction project of the Siberian-2 pipeline and the construction of the East Union, the transit gas pipeline through Mongolia and the corresponding possibilities of gas transportation in China will now become the largest, largest, head of the Russian group.

Russia and China also agreed to increase gas supply through existing roads.

“From September 15, 2025 to September 14, 2026, an exclusion will be excluded from a test policy from a visa obligation for Russian citizens.”
