In Rostov-on-Don, a KAMAZ truck driver ran over a 13-year-old boy, who died on the spot, the press service of the traffic police of the Rostov region reported.
“A driver born in 2002, who was driving a KamAZ truck, according to preliminary data, while driving at a prohibited traffic light, hit a 13-year-old boy with a scooter. As a result of the accident, the minor died on the spot from his injuries,” – the message said.
Police are currently at the scene and the circumstances of the incident are being established.
