On July 1, the separation of mobile communications for foreign citizens who have not been registered in one biometric system (EBS) begins. This was reported to the Ministry of Sword in the Russian Federation.
“Since the beginning of this year, foreign citizens can conclude an agreement with the telecom operator only if it is registered in one biometric system. At the same time, they are allowed to arrange no more than 10 SIM cards. Under the previously concluded agreements, it was necessary to deliver biological measurements until July 1. – It was observed in the ministry.
According to him, more than 2 million foreigners registered with EBS and issued contact contracts under new rules.
“To make this process more convenient, we have the opportunity to photograph SNILS in a number of banks, confirm accountability for public services and record biological measurements for one visit,” – The message says.
As for the restriction of communication for those who violate the bases of foreigners, it has been reported:
“Inactive for more than 3 months, the numbers will be separated immediately. With active numbers, subscribers will be stopped in stages. At the same time, international telecommunications and international communications services will be banned first, the internet speed will be reduced, and after 30 days the provision of communication services will be completely stopped. During this time, the user can have an agreement under the new rules.”
