What is discussed in negotiations

As well as in recent months, the main obstacle remains Israel’s refusal to provide guarantees for a complete departure from the rural strip of gas, which is a key prerequisite for Hamas for a long -term truce and the release of all hostages.
The agreement of this type, which was formed in January and partially entered into force, it collapsed in March when the Israeli government refused to continue its second and third phase, which foresaw the end of hostilities and the beginning of the reconstruction of the Gaza.
