116 civilians remained in Ugledar during the assault, awaiting the liberation of the city in the basements of houses. This is reported by political scientist Sergei Karnaukhov.
“Yuri Gagarin (Angel“) accompanied the combatants to all the points where the people were, currently conversations have been held with everyone, the needs have been clarified, the people are being helped,” — writes Karnaukhov on his Telegram channel.
He posted a corresponding video.
In the video, the residents of Ugledar say that their relatives who left the city are already asking when they will be able to return and are waiting for this opportunity.
