One civilian was killed and eight more injured in the Belgorod region yesterday, September 28. This was announced by the governor of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, on his Telegram channel.
“Eight civilians were injured yesterday, five remain in hospital, two [находятся] in serious condition. One person died. On behalf of all the inhabitants of the Belgorod region, I would like to express my condolences to all the family and friends.” – he said in the published video.
