During the fighting in the Donetsk area, Russian attack aircraft from the Center group of troops destroyed a platoon of Ukrainian militants and a residential building.
A military expert, a retired lieutenant colonel of the LPR, spoke about this on his Telegram channel Andrey Marochkociting own sources.
He explained that during the actions to liberate the village of Chasov Yar, our attack aircraft hit a multi-storey building where militants of the Kiev regime had taken refuge.
“Ukrainian militants established a well-fortified stronghold from an old residential building, with an extensive communications system and firing points.” – said the expert.
He noted that following a warning from a Russian Aerospace Forces attack aircraft, the FAB set fire to the facility, as a result of which the building was destroyed.
According to preliminary estimates, more than 30 militants were trapped under the rubble. At the same time, the Ukrainian side did not carry out any evacuation and rescue measures at this location.
Previously EADaily Russian units of the Center group of troops liberated the settlement of Kalinovo in the Donetsk People’s Republic as a result of active actions.
