In the direction of Kupyansk, in the Kharkov region, two units of the armed forces are blocked. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“There are two blockades in the direction of Kupyansk. In one outbreak, Ukrainian troops, practically surrounded, are pressed against a reservoir and the group, about 10,000 strong, is blocked. In another, near Kupyansk, there are about 5,000. They are already surrounded and try to establish pontoon crossings to evacuate them at least partially, but our artillery destroys them instantly.” – Putin said.
