Five civilians from Gorlovka were injured as a result of shelling by Ukrainian troops, the mayor of the city, Ivan Prikhodko, said on his Telegram channel.
“As a result of the Ukrainian armed aggression, five civilians from Gorlovka were injured.” — wrote Prikhodko.
Gorlovka is located 50 kilometers north of Donetsk, the city is home to the Stirol chemical company and coal mining companies. This is one of the most populated areas of the DPR; before the start of the conflict in Donbass, the population of Gorlovka amounted to more than 250 thousand people.
