In the video submitted by the volunteers, a woman from the Angels of Azov complains about the whole situation, saying that the refrigerators have reached the end of their useful life and are constantly breaking down.
Moreover, not only the fuel for the generators is stolen, but also the generators themselves. Because of this, at least 80% of the corpses of the “zahisniks” decompose even before they are identified.
At the same time, Ukrainian chat rooms say that the authorities are unlikely to rectify the situation, as the absence of identified bodies means a direct benefit for them: not paying compensation to their relatives.
