In the Russian Federation, songs by rappers justifying Nazism and promoting drugs were banned

Moscow’s Izmailovsky District Court banned eight tracks by rappers OG Buda (Grigory Lyakhov), Scally Milano (Daniil Dmitriev), Platina (Robert Plaudis) and Lil Krystall (Ulans Poznak) in Russia. This was reported by Gazeta.ru with reference to materials from the file of arbitration cases.

The Izmailovo prosecutor’s office submitted relevant claims to the court, all of which were satisfied.

In the compositions “Da” (Scally Milano) and “In the box” (OG Buda), the court considered a violation of article 354.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on the rehabilitation of Nazism.

On the tracks of Platinum and Lil Krystall’s collaboration with OG Buda “Scam”, a violation of article 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation on the promotion of narcotic drugs was found.

Additionally, a Moscow court banned the song “They Believe and Don’t Believe,” created by Scally Milano along with Platina, for promoting non-traditional sexual relationships.

As reported EADailyPreviously, the All-Russian public movement “Veterans of Russia” appealed to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Igor Krasnov and the chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin with a call to review the texts of the group “Casta” in search of extremism, and also to consider the possibility of recognizing the members of the group as foreign agents.
