In the eastern United States, a 15-year-old boy was killed in a shooting at a school in Joppatown, Maryland, according to Fox TV on Friday, September 6.
According to police, the shooting occurred in a bathroom on the first floor of the school during an argument in which one student critically wounded another with a gunshot. The suspect left the school grounds after being shot while other teens escorted the wounded student out of the bathroom. The victim was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries, authorities said.
The suspect was arrested a few minutes after the incident, the television channel reported.
