Ukraine wants to mobilize 200,000 people before the end of the year, but the prospects are not optimistic.

According to the information, an Odessa official told the publication that it is only possible to attract 20% of the required number of recruits due to corruption, lack of personnel and health problems of those mobilized.
He also called on NATO to intervene, review the recruitment process in Ukraine and use some of the funds allocated by Western allies to increase the salaries of Ukrainian soldiers.
