Los Angeles was once again the epicenter of glamor with the celebration of the Academy Museum’s 2024 Gala, where cinema and fashion collided for an unforgettable evening. In its fourth edition, this charity event supports museum exhibits and educational programswhile recognizing major figures in the sector.
Among this year’s winners, Paul Mescal stood out with the Vantage Price for his contribution to new perspectives in cinema, while the legendary Rita Moreno was honored with Price Icon. Quentin Tarantino also received the Fixture pricethus consolidating his status as one of the most influential contemporary designers.
Beyond the tributes and philanthropy, what really steals the show at this event is the red carpet. Known for its parade of A-list celebrities, this event has gained a reputation for being California’s version of the Met Gala.

This year, the organizing committee included the participation of personalities such as Nicole Kidman, Salma Hayek, Eva Longoria, Tyler Perry and Dr. Eric Esrailian, administrator of the Academy Museum. At his side, a select group of guests, including Kirsten Dunst, Ariana Grande, Zoë Kravitz, Demi Moore, Saoirse Ronan and Jennifer Lawrencemade this gala one of the most talked about of the season.

The American singer and songwriter was one of the queens of the gala. She wore a strapless Balmain Vintage dress with a bow on the chest. In a white tone and black polka dots, the model hugged the waist to leave room for a voluminous skirt which perfectly stylized her silhouette.
