Today there is a collective agreement for CFM employees, but it is based on the industry wage and significantly lower than Tvöd in many places in which there are actually employees of the country.

Many promise

Back in 2016, red-red green first promised reintegration and, at least, reached the fact that CFM became completely state-owned company; But this has not yet been paid in accordance with Tvöd. In 2023, the mayor of HDU Kai Vegner promised the “most quickly” return to the government. But the Senate no longer wants to know about yesterday’s promises; Reintegration is not visible due to a budget hole of a billion dollars in Berlin.

CFM, on the other hand, pretends that this is a completely normal company that suddenly encountered the completely utopian wage requirements: according to the leadership, agreed with Tvöd will be dangerous to the economic continuing existence of the company.

An unlimited mandatory blow seemed inevitable after the successful end of the vote at the end of March, but then drawn up the labor court: the strike should not endanger the patient’s care. Nevertheless, the staff keys indicated in the Decree on Emergencies in the Regulation of the Emergency Service were so high that an effective strike would be impossible. Only after an intense review can there be a click of keys to make at least a “shock light”.

You must allow the logic behind this in your language: the work of CFM employees is too important so that it can be applied to the strike. Nevertheless, the Senate pretends that the payment of existence is impossible. Often incomplete working day and almost minimal wages, many CFM employees are fighting the opportunity to afford an exploding rent.
