The inspections were carried out at the “General Hospital” clinic located in Baku.

Law enforcement is currently investigating the matter.
The Analytical Expertise Center (AEM) of the Ministry of Health reported on the inspections carried out at the mentioned clinic, according to the official request received about the “General Hospital” in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On the Regulation of Inspections carried out”. in the field of entrepreneurship and protection of the interests of entrepreneurs”, an unscheduled (out of turn) inspection was carried out by the AEM and the inspection materials were sent to the next corresponding procedure.
Rustam Mikayilov, head doctor of the “General Hospital” clinic, stated that the checks are still continuing.
“An inspection was carried out on the bulletin that we gave to the citizen. Now there is an inspection at the clinic.
“Regarding that case, an investigation is currently being carried out at the Surakhani District Prosecutor’s Office. We went and reported the matter to the prosecutor’s office. Once the case is concluded, they will send it to court,” he said.
