Investigation into Robert Kocharyan case to resume

The criminal case against former President Robert Kocharyan has been reopened in Armenia.

Oku.Az Armenia reports, citing media reports, that the press service of the country’s Court of Cassation has published information on the matter.

It should be noted that the Court of Cassation overturned the decision to dismiss the case of Judge Anna Danibekyan, Robert Kocharyan, former CSTO Secretary General Yuri Khachaturov, former Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan and former Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan.

The case was referred to the Anti-Corruption Court for further investigation.
