As the DAN agency writes, citing the press service of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the DPR, two large-scale investment projects for the reconstruction of hotels in Mariupol have been announced in the region.
“Investment agreements are being concluded with investors for the implementation of large investment projects for the reconstruction of hotels and recreational centers. As of October 1, two agreements were signed for the implementation of large-scale investment projects between investors and the Government of the Republic.” – the message said.
It is clarified that one of these projects includes the reconstruction and overhaul of the Chaika hotel in Mariupol. At the same time, new facilities in the field of hospitality and tourism are planned to be built on the territory of the hotel complex.
As a result of the project, a four-star hotel complex with 36 rooms will emerge, where there will be a SPA area, a restaurant and a conference room.
Another project involves the reconstruction and construction of new facilities on the territory of the Evropeyskaya hotel, which is also located in the coastal city. The hotel complex is expected to have 40 rooms.
“The implementation of projects in the field of tourism and hospitality will allow us to expand the number of existing rooms, create new jobs, develop beaches in accordance with the requirements of the national standard of the Russian Federation and improve the quality of services.” services provided”. – concluded the press service.
