“The SIMA digital signature is simply a digital solution used in legal and commercial processes to meet the electronic signature needs of users and confirm their identity in the digital environment. The SIMA digital signature does not have any control or sanction function for violating the pedestrian traffic rules.
It should be noted that for a few days now information has been circulating on social media that anyone with a new generation ID card or a SIMA signature will be fined 40 AZN by new generation safe urban cameras when passing through places without pedestrian crossings. .
