Isabel Sanchis wins L’Oréal award for best collection at 80th Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Madrid

The Valencian firm Isabelle Sanchis won the L’Oréal Paris award for best collectionwhich is inspired by sculpture, with silhouettes of pure and geometric volumes, during the 80th edition of the prestigious Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Madrid catwalk. Isabel Sanchis and her daughter Paula Maiquescreative directors of the firm, have created for next summer 2025 a collection inspired by sculpture, a feminine and powerful collection, with silhouettes with pure and geometric volumes, where flowers, ties and bows with a trepanned effect appear on mini-dresses. more imposing coats and dresses that play with folds made with fabrics that simulate a ceramic vase.

A collection with a revival of the tuxedo, symbol of the purest style, with touches of lingerie in some garments that bring a feminine detail as well as bows.

Regarding the color, although black and white are predominant in the collection, they played with soft, light and romantic tones such as lilac, purple and yellow.

In short, it is a collection where craftsmanship is valued combined with new techniques such as micro pleated sun handmade and enveloping dresses to create special pieces, a collection where excellence is reflected in each garment carefully crafted by expert hands.

Volume and feminine silhouette

Isabel Sanchis was born in Valencia in 1956. During her adolescence, she made various models for her friends and soon opened a small workshop where she designed and made custom-made clothes.
