From the very beginning of the teachings of Islam, the existence of the dualism of leadership or Double leader In the government, because it will clearly cause chaos and have a negative effect.
There should be no double sun or even more than two suns Sharia As explained in the statement of Imam al-Mardi, as Nu Online was reported, as follows:
فices إقامة إماices ألاث في ور واح ، ولد واح فلا يجوز إجما b b.
That is, “as for the purpose of the two or three leaders in the same government period and for the same territory, it should not be according to Izhmak Ulam” (see Imam al-Mardi, Adabud of the World Wood Din (Beirut, Darul Fikr: 1992 m/1412 hours), p. 97).
In fact, the Messenger of Allah hinted to the danger of the dualism of leadership, recalling to create a single condition for leadership, obeying the legal leader in the time. By quoting the opinion of most scientists, Imam al-Mardi explained that the appointment of two or more leaders in one period of leadership was prohibited in religion.
They based their views on the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad as follows:
وذ inspectious جuction إلى أimes إقامة إماميizz فلى إقimes إς إماices فل صلى إقامة إ happen discuss في ull إماميizz فull واح لا يج? أ et
That is, “most scientists say that the appointment of two leaders in the same state period should not be according to the Islamic Sharia, because there is a history of hadiths from the Prophet Muhammad, which he said:“ If two leaders are biatas, then kill one of them ”(see IMAM al-MAWARDI, Adabud World Wad Din (Beirut, (Beirut, (Beirut Darul Fikr: 1992).
The prohibition of Islam on the dualism of leadership clearly causes ChaosBecause there are two leaders who have the same power and authority. History also proves that the dualism of leadership led to the struggle for influence in any case, chaos or chaotic.
Because in the dualism of leadership, of course, there is Conflict of interests Which is almost impossible to reconcile. Thus, the Prophet hinted to the danger of the dualism of leadership, recalling to create a single condition for leadership, obeying the legal leader at one time.
From the Prophet Muhammad, it is told that he said: “If you raise Abu Bakr Ra, you will probably find a strong leader in the religion of Allah SWT and physically weak. But if you raise Umar Ra, then, of course, you will find a strong person with his religion and physically strong. Taking into account that if you lift Ali Ra, then you will undoubtedly find a leader who can give instructions and leaders who receive instructions (from God) ”(see the imam of al-Mardi, Adabud Mir, Vad Dean, (Bireut, Darul Fikr: 1992 m/1412 hours), p. 97).
Ulam Akhlussanna Wal Jamaah recognizes legal and legal leadership in accordance with the mechanism of democracy and the prevailing rules of continuity.
