The same day when, during a meeting in which Borja, 41 years old, went to accompany his friend David to settle some differences with Kevin P., 25 years old, they fell into a bloody ambush, the first person was captured . It was María José EJ, 52 years old and mother of Kevin, who was driving the BMW X2 in which they were both traveling to an open field next to the road and in which, we now know, Ismail was also traveling . These are the two men who, in the opinion of investigators, shot Borja and his companions with a shotgun and a rifle. One of the friends, Luis, was injured and miraculously did not die.
A necessary collaborator in the murder and the attempt, she fled while driving and was arrested two hours later at a gas station in Plaza Elíptica. Witnesses and relatives of the two victims gave the names of the armed men: Kevin and a young Moroccan whom they knew under the name “Ismael”.
