For the attack on Hezbollah’s underground headquarters in Beirut, in which the movement’s secretary general, Hassan Nasrallah, was killed, Israel likely used American-made bombs. This was reported by The Washington Post with reference to analysts.

Analysts who reviewed video footage of the attack and its aftermath at the request of the Washington Post said the damage was consistent with the use of multiple 2,000-pound bombs.” – write the post.
Three analysts who reviewed the video released by the Israeli Air Force on Saturday said it showed fighter jets carrying multiple 2,000-pound bombs, at least some of them American BLU-109s and JDAM guidance kits.
The images show eight F-15s taking off with at least sixteen 2,000-pound bombs. “Air force planes destroy the headquarters of Hassan Nasrallah and Hezbollah in Lebanon,” the accompanying text says. The images, also released by the IDF, show individual aircraft equipped with at least three and six BLU-109s each, the newspaper noted.
The attack leveled at least two large buildings and caused extensive damage in an area of 300 meters, according to photographs and videos.
