Since Assad was overthrown in December 2024, Israel captured the territory in the south -west of Syria, promised to protect the Druze community, lobbying for the United States (USA), so that its neighboring countries remain weak and destroy most of the heavy weapons of the Syrian army within a few days after the overthrow.
Sharaa, who was previously the commander of Al-Qaeda, before deciding with the group in 2016, repeatedly declared her intention to manage Syria inclusively. Nevertheless, the incident with violence in sectarian violence, including in the murder of hundreds of Alavi citizens in March, strengthened the fears of minorities on the dominance of Islamic groups.
Violence at the sectarian regime of this week began on Tuesday (29/4), with a clash between the inhabitants of friends and Suni militants in most friends, Jaraman. The trigger for the conflict is a voice entry that insulted the Prophet Muhammad, who is allegedly made a follower of Druze in accordance with suspicion of Suni militants.
According to reports, more than a dozen people were killed on Tuesday, before violence spread to the city of Sakhnai – most Druzov on the outskirts of Damascus – on Wednesday (30/4).
