The Israeli secret service, Al Mossad, poses as manufacturer through several ghost companies and one of them is BAC Consulting, based in Budapest (Hungary), to introduce tens of grams of explosives into the Hezbollah research and its subsequent sale. In fact, media reports say that in order to appear normal, these shell companies even manufactured for other customers in order to hide the fact that the makers of the pagers were Israeli intelligence officers.
Israel sold thousands of these pagers to the Shiite militia months ago, but has waited to launch a major attack that would harm Hezbollah and leave it inactive if it engaged in an all-out war due to rising tensions over the Gaza invasion. However, Hezbollah began to suspect these devices internal communication and Al Mossad had to rush the attack. Finally, the pager explosion occurred this Tuesday, causing at least 12 deaths and thousands of injuries.

They said that Al Mossad had also taken control of the manufacturing license for Gold Apollo pagers, the Taiwanese brand whose logo was found on the detonated devices. In fact, the company has denied any involvement in the attack and has opened an investigation.
