Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Israel will be stopped sooner or later, no matter what measures it takes.
Erdogan’s words quoted by the Turkish channel “NTV”
In his speech to the Turkish parliament, he harshly criticized Israel’s policy and accused it of aggression against Lebanon. Erdogan expressed Ankara’s readiness to help the Lebanese repel Israeli attacks and said that Israeli authorities are allegedly planning “aggression” against Turkey after Lebanon and the Gaza Strip.
According to the Turkish president, Israel’s actions in the Gaza Strip, which he described as “genocide”, were transferred to Lebanon. Erdogan noted that Israeli troops are already in Lebanese territory and accused Israel of “provocations” aimed at dragging countries in the region into war. He also emphasized that the international community reacts badly to this situation, but Israel, in his opinion, will be arrested sooner or later, comparing the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, with “Hitler”, who was also arrested at the time.
“The world is reacting badly to all this, but sooner or later they will stop Israel, no matter what it does. “Hitler, who looked in a giant mirror, was detained and Netanyahu will be detained,” Erdogan said.
He stressed that Türkiye is willing to use all possible means to confront the “terrorist state” and protect its homeland from possible Israeli attacks.
After the president’s speech, Turkish Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş supported Erdogan’s position and said that Turkey considers itself one of the “possible victims of Israeli aggression and is ready to fight this threat on all fronts.”
Previously, Kursor wrote that Türkiye responded to Israel’s operation in Lebanon.
Ankara, among other things, warned of the risk of a new wave of migration.
