The Israel Defense Forces have attacked Beirut. This is what the Arab and Israeli media are now reporting.
Al-Mayadeen TV channel clarifies that the Israeli Air Force attacked the Dahiya area in southern Beirut. A Lebanese security source told the Qatari newspaper Al-Arabi Al-Jadeed that the target of the attack in the Dahiya area was unknown, but that the damage caused by the attack was significant.
Reuters says the target was a senior Hezbollah member. According to the Lebanese National News Agency, five minors were killed in the attack.
