Former mayor of Barcelona Ada Colau and the MEP Jaume Asens reported an Israeli army attack on the convoy they were traveling in West Bank.

Both were accompanying, with an international delegation, a group of farmers to work “in the olive harvest” when, according to their version, the Israeli army attacked the convoy “with deafening bullets and tear gas”. In the video that accompanies these lines, Asens appears, dressed in a shirt and jacket, recording himself and recounting what happened.

Furthermore, Asens accused the government of being “complicit” with Israel, which it continues to “support militarily, politically and economically”, and said that Fernando Grande-Marlaska “misses the truth” when he says that weapons cannot be bought. or sold to this country.

This was expressed in an interview with Be on chain in which he also criticizes the fact that relations are not severed with a state which, according to him, “practices genocide and fuels the war machine”.
