Palestinian emergency services say they had to stop their operations due to the siege exercised by the Israeli army in the north of the Gaza Strip for three weeks. At the start of the war, Israel claimed to have annihilated all Hamas fighting forces, although it continued to conduct operations in the region throughout the year.
Since the start of the conflict on October 7, 43,020 people have died in Gaza due to the Israeli offensive, and 101,110 have been injured, according to figures from the Gaza Health Ministry.
