Fifty-five people were killed in Israeli airstrikes on Lebanese communities on Tuesday, the Lebanese Health Ministry’s emergency center said.
“During the last 24 hours, as a result of the Israeli enemy’s attacks on cities and towns (in the provinces of) South Lebanon, Nabatiyah, Bekaa, Baalbek Hermel and Mount Lebanon, 55 people were killed and 156 injured.” – said the Lebanese Ministry of Health in a statement.
On September 23, the Israeli Army General Staff assigned the name “Northern Arrows” to the offensive operation launched in Lebanon. The Israeli Air Force is carrying out massive strikes against Hezbollah targets in different areas of Lebanon. Several targeted airstrikes were also recorded in Beirut, as a result of which high-ranking Hezbollah commanders, as well as the movement’s secretary general, were eliminated. Hassan Nasrullah.
