Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Acting Commander of the Air Forces, Lieutenant General Namiq Islamzade, is visiting Ankara at the invitation of Commander of the Air Forces of the Republic of Turkey, Army General Ziya Cemal Kadioglu.

During the visit, Lieutenant General N. Islamzade met with the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Turkey, Army General Metin Gurak.
The meeting, attended by Army General ZCKadioğlu, discussed the prospects for the development of military cooperation between the two brotherly countries, as well as other issues of mutual interest.
