The minimum air temperature is up to 11 degrees Celsius in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 3 degrees Celsius to 1 degree Celsius in the Nakhchivan Metropolitan Region, up to 5 degrees Celsius in the highlands, 6 to 10 degrees Celsius in the Aran regions, 2 degrees. In the mountainous areas, frosts of up to 5 degrees Celsius were recorded.
