According to the report, Narin died due to lack of oxygen as a result of the closure of his mouth and nose and pressure on his neck. The report sent to the Diyarbakir Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office states that Narin Gura died on August 21, the day of his disappearance.
The report notes that it is impossible to make a medical assessment of whether the child was sexually assaulted or not based on the information available.
It was also stressed that the trauma that caused her leg to be torn off below the left knee was caused by animals after her death.
“It was unanimously confirmed that the child’s death was due to lack of oxygen as a result of asphyxiation and pressure on the neck,” the report said.
Examination of the teeth marks on the arm of Narin Gura’s brother, Enes Gura, is continuing and a medical opinion on the matter is expected to be announced on September 21.
