The easterly wind sometimes increased to 20 m/s in Julfa. Fog was observed in Dashkasan, Gryz, Shahdag, Lerik.
The maximum air temperature was 26 degrees in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 30 degrees in the Nakhchivan Republika Srpska, 27 degrees in the Aran regions and 15 degrees in the mountainous regions.
