Iustitia Europa sues Mazón and Sánchez for “omission of the duty of assistance” and “reckless homicide” in their management of DANA

The political movement Iustitia Europa filed this Monday a complaint against the president of the Valencian Community, Carlos Mazón, for “omissive prevarication, omission of the duty to help and manslaughter due to gross negligence.

The organization itself, represented by its president and lawyer, Luis María Pardo, publicized this initiative on its social networks, ensuring that it reflects “popular indignation”. This complaint is in addition to another announced last Sunday against the President of the Government, Pedro Sanchezand the Minister of the Interior, Fernando Grande Marlaska and which they presented before the Supreme Court.

The latest complaint, filed before the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community, accuses Mazón of “absolute abandonment” in the management of DANA, and accuses him of “massive prevarication, omission of the duty of assistance and homicide for serious imprudence”.

In his writings, the political organization reported, he details “a chain of flagrant breaches and omissions” and insists that AEMET alerts warned of extreme risk and that Mazón has “under -estimated the risks” in his appearances.
