Ismael Moreno, the judge in charge of the investigation Koldo caseasked the Ministry of Transport for a copy of the audit ordered by Oscar Puente regarding the contracts signed by his predecessor, Jose Luis Abaloswith the central company of the alleged corrupt conspiracy.
The report with its conclusions, presented by EL ESPAÑOL, reveals that Ábalos, in just 38 minutes, ordered that the order placed with the company Soluciones de Gestión SL be doubled, from four to eight million masks.
The file therefore indicates that Transports, with Ábalos at its head, would have adapted the contract to the offer made by the company involved in the land, instead of doing so according to its own health needs.
Likewise, Judge Moreno asked the anti-corruption prosecutor’s office if, as requested by one of the popular accusations presented in the Koldo casemust question Oscar Puente as a witness.
