Judge asks Supreme Court to investigate Alvise Pérez for disturbing public order during Ferraz protests

The Court of Instruction Number 13 of Madrid elevated it to the rank of Supreme Court reasoned presentation to file a complaint against Luis “Alvise” Pérez for the alleged offense of disturbing public order.

The judicial decision to which LaSexta had access specifies that the Madrid judge adopts this decision “since Alvise has the status of member of the European Parliament and is a person authorized before the second chamber of the Supreme Court”.

Concretely, the facts refer to his behavior during the protests that took place in 2023 in front of the national headquarters of the PSOE, located on rue Ferraz, against the amnesty law for those involved in the “trial”. Some demonstrations he led, making his Telegram channel one of the main centers for disseminating calls to demonstrate.

So they already are six cases Alvise has before the Supreme Court. From the Ferraz incidents to the slander against the Leonese PSOE deputy, Javier Alfonso; or for disseminating a false positive PCR test of then minister Salvador Illa in 2021.

He also has other causes for threatening a Seville judge in charge of the investigation into Vito Quiles; for the dissemination of the image of Pedro Sánchez’s daughter; and for revealing the secrets of spreading Francisco Martínez’s messages.

To these we must add the separate piece of the Cryptospain affair concerning the illegal financing of the SALF in which Judge Calama proposed that Alvise voluntarily testify on November 20.
