Judge calls for declaring ultra Vito Quiles under investigation for defamation against Facua’s general secretary

Far-right agitator Vito Quiles will have to appear under electronic investigation before a court in Seville on November 25. As elDiario.es has been able to verify, the investigating judge of the complaint filed against him by the journalist and secretary general of Facua, Rubén Sánchez, summoned Quiles to testify by videoconference from the courts of Madrid and accused him of defaming Sánchez, falsely stating that he participated, among other things, in extortions, scams or death threats.

This is the same case in which the magistrate of Seville was forced to go to the National Police to locate Quiles, accredited as a journalist in Congress and collaborator of Luis “Alvise” Pérez in the last European elections, appearing as a witness in the newspaper “Se Acabó La”. Fiesta lists. In an order, the judge mistakenly indicated in writing the possibility of detaining Quiles, but in the end, she only asked where he was.

Now Quiles, who left Congress after hearing the news and appeared in person at the Seville court, is in person with a lawyer and will appear before the judge electronically from the Plaza de Castilla in Madrid. In the same document, in which the court demands that there be no leaks, the judge also asks if State of Alarm, Javier Negre’s television channel, was informed of the existence of the case.

Rubén Sánchez, a journalist and secretary general of Facua, sued Quiles for insults and slander for a series of statements made about himself and the consumer protection organization: extortion, scams, promotion of death threats and even insinuation of the existence of “relationships” between Facua and alleged plots of minors abused and monitored in the Valencian Community and the Balearic Islands.

At the time, the judge requested police assistance because she had been unable to locate Quiles at the address given or any other address, or by telephone, requiring an investigation to determine his whereabouts.

Recently, another court sentenced a far-right YouTuber, called “Un Murciano Encabronao” on his Internet profiles, to compensate Sánchez 30,000 euros for having invented, for example, that he bought cocaine with the subsidies that Facua receives.
