The teenager Colt Grey was charged this Friday in a court in Georgia (USA) with four counts of murder after last Wednesday’s shooting that left two students and two teachers dead at a Winder high school, a day after their father was charged in the same incident.
During a brief hearing, in which the young man from 14 years oldThe judge initially told him he could face the death penalty or life in prison, but then corrected him and said that since he was under 18, would not risk the death penalty.
The minor’s father, Colin Gray, 54, who will also appear in the same court shortly, was arrested and charged Thursday night with four counts of involuntary manslaughter, two counts of second-degree murder and eight counts of cruelty to children for allegedly allowing the young man access to the weapon.
