Judge confiscates luxury cars of businessman who paid €100,000 to Alvise and who is under investigation for fraud

National Court judge José Luis Calama ordered the seizure of all cars registered in the name of the companies that make up the Madeira Invest Club (MIC) conglomerate.

Its owner is crypto-entrepreneur Alvaro Romillowhich was denounced by dozens of people who invested in MIC and which is currently under investigation for this alleged scam.

Romillo also admitted paying 100,000 euros in cash to Alvise Pérez to finance his campaign for the European elections, in exchange for the politician and agitator promoting his businesses and companies from Brussels.

In a resolution dated this Friday, Calama orders “the preventive confiscation of all vehicles” belonging to MIC group companies. Among others, EluLegal España SL, Selvatic Fest SL, Dos Huevos Fritos SL, Málaga Forum SL and Negro Carbón SL.

As the judge recalls, the plaintiffs reported in their writings that after trusting the MIC, they had received periodic bulletins showing the investments made by the platform. One such area was luxury vehicles.

In these newslettersVery high-end cars regularly appear. Without being able to attribute exactly to which company or individual they belong, the magistrate cites several models, such as a Jaguar E-Type, a Ferrari F355 Berlinetta, a Porsche Cayenne, a blue Range Rover or even a Maserati.

“Such facts constitute sufficient rational proof to understand that the utility vehicles linked to the investigated land have their origin in the sums subject to fraud,” concludes the judge. He therefore orders the confiscation of the cars – mainly luxury – owned by a total of 20 companies.
