New stage in the Koldo file. In a resolution to which LaSexta had access, Judge Ismael Moreno addressed the President of Congress, Francina Armengol, to ask her if José Luis Ábalos currently occupies the seat of deputy. This would be the first step in sending a reasoned statement to the Supreme Court detailing the evidence of criminality that may exist against him in the Koldo case.
