The judge of the National Court, Ismael Moreno, rejected a series of procedures requested by the popular prosecution of Vox related to the hiring carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic. In an order dated September 20, 2014, the magistrate states that the requests, which included demands addressed to the Presidency of the Government for the submission of the minutes of the Councils of Ministers and changes in the procedural situation of several witnesses, They are unacceptable and add no value to the cause.
Vox filed a brief on September 19, requesting, among other things, access to key documents related to the management of the health crisis, as well as the change in status of Daniel Belmar Prieto, as a witness on which it investigation.
