Judge Pablo Llarena accepted deduce a testimony and send to the courts of Barcelona “for appropriate legal purposes” reports provided by the Mossos d’Esquadra and the Ministry of the Interior which explains why the former president of the Generalitat Carles Puigdemont was not arrested during his public appearance in Barcelona on August 8.
