Judge Juan Carlos Peinado charged Begoña Gómez with the crime of embezzlement and professional intrusion regarding the software of the Complutense University of Madrid. A decision by the magistrate to admit the complaint of the Hazte Oír association which fell before another court, but which decided to recuse itself in favor of Peinado during the investigation of the case which investigated him for crimes of business corruption and influence peddling.
Furthermore, in a letter put forward by ‘El Mundo’ and which laSexta was able to confirm, the judge summons the wife of the President of the Government again for indictment on November 18 to give her his personal transfer of the recently admitted complaint. However, Peinado refused to investigate Gómez for embezzlement of public funds and unjust administration.
