Although the court asked Judge Peinado to send it the “complete testimony” of the Begoña Gómez case, the investigating judge did not do so, leaving aside nothing less than the appeal filed by her against the order issued by the judge. in which the subject of the investigation was defined in the following terms: “All acts, conduct and behavior that have been carried out since her husband was President of the Spanish Government and which are contained in the initial complaint”.
