THE Court of Cordoba Five twenty-year-olds accused of a crime will be put in the dock gang rape to a 17 year old Nordic girl that she was staying in a hostel in the Jewish quarter with her end-of-year travel companions where the accused were also staying, having been invited to a bachelor party in May 2019.
The account of events states that around 7 a.m., young people smoked on the roof of the hotel when the girl came to greet them and ask for a cigarette. It was then that two of them told him that they had left the packet of tobacco in the room and that if he wanted a cigarette, he could go down with them to get it, as ABC learned from the indictment issued by the investigating judge.
Once the girl agreed to enter the young people’s room, she got into the bed where one of them was sleeping and they had sex not consented, according to the judge’s order. This same point was repeated with another of the young men in their twenties accused in this case, while the three remaining defendants could have had a different degree of participation in these events, either because they were watching the scene or because they record it with mobile.
The young complainant, who was then a minor – 17 years old -, after this alleged rape, went back up to the roof crying and, when she was observed by the managers of the hotel establishment, they went to the National Police who arrested the young people staying in the same home for an alleged offence of sexual assault on a minor.
The Cordoba prosecutor’s office, for its part, accuses the five young people of the crime of sexual assault on a minor Each of them therefore risks heavy prison sentences.
