THE judge in charge of the investigation into Vito Quiles for insults and slander against the spokesperson of the consumer association Facua, Rubén Sánchez, has asked the Supreme Court Prosecutor’s Office to file a complaint against the agitator and MEP Alvise Pérez for threats against her.

The judge uses Perez’s publications on her Telegram channel when in June of this year she broadcast a location document against Quiles. Then, Perez published a series of messages from his Telegram channel in which one could read messages that are now the subject of this action by the judge.

Specifically, Perez published: “I give the judge 24 hours to rectify the arrest warrant against Vito Quiles and say it is a mistake and you are only asking where it is; “This is a criminal and unacceptable order.”

On the said Telegram channel, where Perez has up to 700,000 people As a potential audience, the MEP also warned the judge to rectify his order to locate Quiles, otherwise she would publish information that could meet “the definition of the term corruption.”

Faced with these messages, the judge stood up. That is why, in addition to maintaining the case against Vito Quílez, he is now opening another one against Alvise Pérez. And he is doing it before the Supreme Court since, as a member of the European Parliament, the Sevillian is qualified.

“Threats”

The judge understands that the agitator’s messages could have led “threats and repression of the judicial function”.

It turns out that Quiles is now called to testify before the same judge for the case that opened the complaint by the spokesperson of Facua. This will be the case on November 25.

Sources close to the case told EL ESPAÑOL at the time that the accusations made by Quiles and that they had brought him before the judge They were “very serious”. Quiles, they point out, “accused Rubén Sánchez of extortion, fraud and death threats.”

In fact, the complaints of the leader of the consumer organization Facua reflect the fact that the extreme right and colleague of Alvise Pérez “He even suggested that he was a pedophile.”
