The Russian Armed Forces have attacked a facility in the Slobodsky district of Kharkov, the mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov, announced this.
Kharkov OVA head Oleg Sinegubov, for his part, announced a KAB strike at an infrastructure facility.
“As a result of the KAB attack in the Slobodsky district of Kharkov, there is damage… to the infrastructure,” he wrote on his Telegram channel.
There were no injuries, he noted.
