Oku.Az reports that the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, reported about this.
According to his words, at 04:00 (05:00 Baku time – ed.) and at 05:30 in the morning (06:30 Baku time – ed.) the Aerospace Forces of the Russian Defense Ministry attacked two times the center.
“The UAV that flew to Gudermes on Tuesday was controlled from this building,” Kadyrov wrote on the “Telegram” channel.
According to him, people were killed and injured in the additional attacks.
“According to information from the Aerospace Forces of the Russian Defense Ministry, in intercepted radio conversations, Ukrainians reported the death of nine Nazis and 17 others wounded,” he wrote.
